Pet Policy
At The Mason, four-legged family members are welcome home to a community built for easy Lowcountry living. Take advantage of the on-site pet play area and shady walking and biking trails just outside your door.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $375 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
